Even though I am away from home and in my own
apartment, I can still celebrate Fourth of July in my apartment. My mom sent me a table topper and pot holder
that she made me and I made cupcakes and cookies. Here’s the end result!
Somehow I was scheduled to have both the 3rd and 4th
of July off. I was so excited because my best friend from dance, Audrey, and
her family were going to be in Disney for a few days that week. I worked it out
with her and her family that I would hang out with them in Hollywood Studios
for the 4th of July. So on the 3rd,
Brynn and I explored Epcot and met some princesses for a bit.

Seahorses!
Jellyfish!
Belle! I love her!
Mulan! I love her!
After Epcot, we went to Magic Kingdom for the night
because Magic Kingdom was performing their Fourth of July fireworks on both the
3rd and 4th. We got there early enough
that we were able to ride the new Dumbo ride!
Magic Kingdom is expanding Fantasyland into the area that used to be
Toon Town. They moved Dumbo and expanded
the ride. It is now a double Dumbo ride
and inside the queue, they built a playhouse for kids to play in while they
wait for the attraction.

The other Dumbo ride while riding in one of the
elephants in the other.
It started raining pretty hard, so we ventured over
to Town Square Theatre to visit Mickey and Minnie!
It was getting close to 9:00pm and still, so we
decided to find some cover from the thunderstorm and wait for the
fireworks. Because of the rain and the
massive crowd forming on Main Street, they delayed the fireworks for an hour to
let the rain stop and move everyone on Main Street that was not in a designated
viewing area backstage to an area that had made up with chairs, music, and a
great view of the fireworks. Finally, at
10:00pm, the fireworks started. They
were INCREDIBLE!!! Not only were they over the castle, but for the finale, they
also had fireworks shooting above all of Main Street! Here are some pictures I captured from the
show.
Beautiful castle pictures
